Wonderful for a yoga beginner

I recently received my copy and will be eternally grateful to Kimberly for the wealth of resources she provides. As a new yoga practitioner, I have so many questions; the one she does not answer directly are found in the resources listed in OMwork at the end of each chapter.

A friend recommended this book to me, as well as her podcasts. Rest assured I will be recommending this to other friends and sharing the hip, tranquil love.

Yogalicious

This is a wonderful guide to living mindfully and authentically. My favorite part of the book is Tranquil Tips and Om Homework (music). Kim has left no stone unturned with her advice on living "Nirvana" instead of waiting for the aha moment. I highly recommend this book to everyone who wants to live their best life.
