A Good Practice to Start!!!

This was my first purchase and I've not regretted this Purchase!! I am not looking for other Audio CD's to alternate my practice with. Its cheaper than paying a lot of money at the different places.

The Best Yoga CD I've Found

I've been practicing yoga on and off for 8 years and have found Yoga Sanctuary to be one of the best yoga CDs. It would be nice if this were a DVD where you could watch Shiva Rea do the poses - then it would be an excellent instructional item. This CD isn't for beginners - more for the intermediates who are familiar with poses. It's wonderful for anyone who wants to practice yoga at home or on the road.

Amazing idea and practice

You know how sometimes you just stumble on something that is extraordinary? This is it. The CD package is very well put together, the instructions are clear, precise and easy to understand, the pace is perfect as are the posture sequences and Shiva Rea's attitude and love for yoga shines through her instruction. Also, the music enhances and resonates with the postures perfectly. With the CD it is easy to create your own practice mixing and matching tracks. How refreshing it is to practice at home with some guidance that doesn't involve the TV and cueing up a video!
