Fantastic Book
NIthyananda has really done a great job. I have seen this first book where a Master is openly publishing all the meditation techniques. Now I can experiment with all these techniques and choose the best one for myself.
This book is a must read. Apart from just reading, experience the meditations given in this book.

Secrets revealed
Nithyananda has proved yet again that he is a true Master of our times with this classic book on meditation. Wonderful techniques which have been guarded by monasteries of the East for centuries are now coming to the masses!. Gives a great introduction to meditation followed by a huge number of techniques, all for us to try and experiment. Both active and passive techniques for all personalities from all religions and faiths. My favourites are "chitaakasha dhyan" and "Jyoti stamba".

This book is a jewel ..a must have for all meditators
I have read Meditation is for You and practised techniques that Paramahamsa Nithyananda himself practised during his spoiritual journey. These techniques range from simple techniques to those that Shiva himself gave to the world through Vignana Bhairava Tantra. Some of these techniques have never been shared with the world. This is a treasure cove of awesome techniques. A must for both the initial level meditator and also the serious seeker.
