Very Poor on performance and service

The watch is not accurate at all. Most of the time, when using a strap it doubles my heart rate.

I called customer service twice and have sent two emails - there is no response.

I do not recommend this product or company.

Performs as advertised

I have had the Mio Ultimate now for 6 months and it works perfectly in all conditions. I use on my treadmill to ensure my heart rate is between 130 and 140 It is more reliable than the treadmill heart rate unit!

Mio Ultimate Heart Rate Watch

Performs well when at rest or not vigorously exercising. Will only show a heart rate when exercising 0 to 25% of the time. Sometimes not accurately. This is using the watch with the strapless feature.

I just purchased a strap, still not much better. The manuals for the watch and the strap say it is essential to use a conductive gel. I'm waiting for the gel. I will review again after using the gel.
