A useful tool in the battle against stress

I found that while the book that accompanies the CD is a little simplistic for my needs it may be helpful to people whose understanding of the various conditions applying to stress and anxiety is minimal and it is well laid out but the real value of this product lies in the meditation CD which I use daily in addition to my medication to help control panic disorder which started only a few months ago. I can confirm that it has made considerable difference to my wellbeing and I have monitored improvements in my blood pressure. I recommend its consistent use as an aid to anyone troubled with stress or anxiety problems.

Well worth the $$$$

I use this CD for work atleast once a week in a group setting. I like this CD personally and professionally. Those who I serve also give me very positive feed back. My only tip....it can get tiring listening to the same one if you would use it often so I think it is a great help to have atleast a couple of choices.

The book and spoken word cd combo is great, but the Steven Halpern music is worth the price of admission by itself!
