The Trauma Zone

The Trauma Zone is filled with practical concepts and powerful truths (stuff you can actually use to move on). For example, Dr. Collins compassionately lets us know that "trauma can't tell time" in chapter 11. I could go on and on but I don't want to spoil it for anyone -- extremely helpful and greatly needed.

Easy Read.

I found this book to be an easy read which is good for those who are suffering with traumatic stress. The trauma state can make it difficult to assimilate more difficult information. Also, this could be a decent resource for those who are spiritually-minded Christians. Overall, this book seems to be a good adjunct to psychological counseling.
