No more $65 chiropractor visits - now that IS a Miracle!
I have to say that I was skeptical about what this product could do for me, but I read some good things in blogs and at under $15, I had to try it out.
MY STORY:
I had surgery on my lower spine in high school for ruptured discs, but never had any pain relief from the sciatica until I found a fantastic chiropractor who took me from walking with a cane to being pain free in about 2 years. Gradually the visits trailed off to once or twice a year as needed.
Recently, I added 3 days of walking to my exercise routine and I developed a lot of nagging low back and hip pain, which was much different from the unbearable shooting pain of sciatica. I was constantly going to the chiropractor to get my back adjusted, but then it would tighten right up again after a few days of exercise, so I was going for adjustments sometimes twice a week.
ABOUT THE EXERCISE:
This is not a quick exercise - plan to spend at least 30 minutes to an hour each session for it to be effective. It's more like yoga where you concentrate on your breathing and relaxation. If laying still for an hour sounds like torture, this is not a good choice for you. Also, I can only attest to the product's effect on my low back and hip pain. The balls don't seem to effect my periferal joints like knees, but I also don't have problems there.
The first time I used the Miracle Balls and I felt my spine "adjust" itself, I was amazed and a little frightened.
I know enough to tell someone how to crack my upper spine for tightness between my shoulder blades, but I have never been able to do anything for my low back. It is a mess from the surgery, and usually very tight and inflamed.
After the Miracle Ball workout I actually feel exactly like I had a major adjustment at the chiropractor's office. I have that weak and wobbly feeling you get from the release of tension and it is very difficult for me to get up off the floor. Note: If you have difficulty getting up and down on the floor, this is not for you, as you have to lie on a hard, flat surface to get the traction effect on your joints.
On my second session with the balls, I did some experimentation with the method in the book and I was able to "pop" my lumbar vertebrae exactly like my chiropractor does it. I couldn't believe it because literally, all you do is lie down on the floor and position one or both of the balls under your body in different locations. Then you just lay on them and let your muscles and tendons gradually relax.
I have not been back to my chiropractor since I bought the Miracle Balls over a month ago. I have been using them every other night. If my spine is in alignment, I don't get the pops, but I do get the pain relief from the stretching and relaxation.
When I first started, my back and hips were so tight that when I laid on the floor, the back of my knees were about 6 inches off the ground. With the Miracle Balls, I am now able to straighten my knees and after 5 minutes or so they can lay slack on the ground. I've noticed that when I stand up, I stand much straighter, improving my posture to a more normal position.
TO SUM THINGS UP:
If you have serious pain or injury, like sciatica, consult your doctor and see a chiropractor. However, if you have nagging back pain that you know is brought on by tight joints and muscles, stress, or exercise, I would definitely give the Miracle Balls a try.

A LIFESAVER
I am a person with chronic neck, shoulder and upper back pain. Since
ordering the Miracle Ball Method I have learned to breath to relieve the
stress and pain, along with using the balls you can relieve yourself of pain. The pain I had in the past would keep me awake at night but now I can be painfree and sleep without being disturbed. I ordered one for my son who is working on his Masters Degree and he has also learned how to relieve stress and tension by breathing and using the balls. This was one
GREAT purchase and I even showed my chiropractor who was really impressed
by the method.

Not so sure....
I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I can't seem to get the hand of using these things! I gave it a couple of trys and they actually made my back pain worse. Oh well, live and learn.
