Manatak Chia does it again! Though my school teaches a different energetic, I can definitely see how certain techniques could be applied.

One thing I will say is that it doesn't hurt to practice some of the techniques on a consistent basis, just be meanful of the seasons and the cosmos.

This small book has more information than you could ever imagine! A few of the breathing exercises can be a little frustrating but keep at it, and IT works!!! Erections are stronger and orgasms as out of this world! I would suggest every man get this book. It's the investment of a lifetime!
