Good book/good series

My ole body is getting "crickety" and I was seeking something that would help my joints work more smoothly and the pain of age and too many years of hard work. I came upon this book and found it to be most complete in explaining the many benefits of MSM. Not only has my pain decreased, but my mobility has increased. Dennison explains that MSM is also good for allergies, but since that hasn't really been a problem for me, I cannot attest to how it works for that. I can, however, praise her book for being simply organized, clear cut in explanation and inexpensive. Thank you.
