Small Investment For a Huge Health Return

This "Keats Good Health Guide" refers to itself as "medicine for the 21st Century"; this is not an overstatement whatsover.

Written by Earl Mindell, Ph.D., of "Earl Mindell's Vitamin Bible" fame, this small booklet provides a brief yet comprehensive overview of the healthful benefits of using the trace mineral sulfur as a dietary supplement to combat and/or deal with a number of illnesses, disorders and their related symptoms - - most specifically pain relief.

I found this book to be rooted in the science of minerals but not "scientific" in its presentation and hence, quite understandable reading for the average reader who is investigating the merits of using MSM.

I also found this book interesting and most helpful because it is based on the sound chemical theory that MSM is therapeutic in relieving symptoms associated with arthritis, diabetes, lupus and other disorders.

As a skeptic, I tend to shy away from naturopathic or non-allopathic options, but as the result of Earl Mindell's informative booklet on the miracle of MSM, I am heading out today to buy MSM and see for myself its benefits.

The booklet is inexpensive but the information within it is invaluable!
