I bought one for my son the 4GB after weeks of research on the web. It finally arrived and I loved it so much that I bought one for myself 8GB. Surprisingly, it played windows media, but who wants to watch any thing on 1.8" inch screen? Loading music was a breeze, organize the whole thing was or just like your computer. Little tricky that you have to read your manual, firmware update was easy too.
The only problem I encountered with was the data cable, poor connection, wiggle hard and worked fine so far, may be have to call for warranty, other wise it has FM radio, and voice recorder built in compare to IPod that is 100 dollars extra.

Sweet little unit

I love my 8 gig Sansa. It works fantastic, sounds good, is easy to use, and seems bomb proof. 8 gigs is plenty of memory. I can even use the go list feature to set up songs for my radio show I do once a week. My only beef is the crappy headphones that come with it. They dont fit, they fall out easily, and the fuzzy little covers fall off. Not to mention the sound quality is lame. Pretty much any headphones you can find at Walmart for over 15 bucks will sound better. You'd think if you were paying $200 for a unit, a pair of decent headphones that they can probably get wholesale for $10 would at least be part of the deal.

GREAT SOUND, BATTERY LIFE, STORAGE

I HAVE USED THIS MP3 SEVERAL WEEKS NOW AND HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE BATTERY LIFE. WITH MY INNER EAR PODS I HAVE SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT LISTENING AND NOT DISTURBED BY ANY OTHER SOUNDS. I HAVE USED IT TO LISTEN TO THE WHOLE BIBLE; TAKING UP ONLY 4 GIG. I AM IMPRESSED.
