If you enjoy Mindell's other books, you will be please with this one. Along with discussing the standard natural anti-allergy options, it mentioned several that even I was not familiar with. I was very pleased with this and have bought additional copies of it for loved ones. The "HoT 55 Antiallergy Supplements" was my favourite chapter. Excellent resource.
