An eye opener

I found this book really interesting. It is easy to read and very informative. The author, who is an MD and anti-aging expert, is clearly well informed in the field. He is always objective in his assessment of the effect of carnosine on the human body. He is not fanatic about the topic of his book. The book also contains information on other products linked to anti-aging. They are most helpful. I whole-heartedly recommend this book to the general public. However, also people in the medical field may find it informative, even if it is not written with the rigour of a science textbook. After reading this book, I also bought another one by the same author.
